Requirements
TC Builder does not require the server portion of Team Coherence to be
installed unless you are linking to Version
Manager within your builds.

OS: NT4 (SP4) or later, or Linux. (Note: Linux can only run the
command-line client)
CPU: Pentium or better
RAM: 64 MB minimum, 128 MB recommended.
