Can I buy using a Purchase Order?
We can accept Purchase Orders from multi-nationals, plc's, educational &
government agencies, and by prior arrangement. We offer 30 day terms and
payment can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer.
Purchase Orders can be faxed or posted to us and are fulfilled on receipt
and validation of the Purchase Order.

Do I need to pay VAT?
If you are ordering from the UK, VAT will be added at
17.5% to the complete order. If ordering from any other EU country VAT at
17.5% will also be added to your order unless you also supply us with your
VAT (or equivalent) number. VAT will not be charged for orders outside the
EU.
Do you have any resellers?
Yes. When ordering any of our products, it is always worth checking with our
resellers before buying directly from ourselves. Our resellers often
discount our products and offer many different ways of paying including
accounts and the option of paying in your local currency.

How is the software delivered?
If you haven't done so, download and install
Team Coherence. When you order, we'll send an email to you containing a
license key for the number of user licenses you purchased. You simply enter
that into the License Information screen of the Team Coherence server and
you are up and running.
