Description: This new release is a maintenance release and
fixes a number of minor issues, mostly internal. The major changes relate to
Vista compatibility:
- All Windows and Dialogs adjusted to cater for the larger Vista font
- Help now uses the CHM format when TC is running under Vista

- Shadow Folder addin: now recurses through subfolders correctly
- Documentation updated (old copies were being built into the install)

- Tracker - you can now define who is allowed to View and Modify
individual tabs
- Version Manager - command-line now returns the correct error code
when using the -T option
- Builder - AV's removed when building 'Builder' (container) projects
